This is a shop for people who care about the craft. We’re looking for experienced CNC machinists, prototype/toolmakers, manufacturing and R&D engineers, and strong early-career people with the right mindset. If you like solving hard problems, thinking through setups, and owning the outcome, you’ll fit in here.
Most days are spent hands-on at the machine 3–5 axis milling, mill-turn, EDM, metrology balanced with time at a computer to program your own parts, plan processes, and design fixtures or tooling.
The work is almost entirely R&D-driven:
You'll own jobs from print/model through inspection
Work with micron-level tolerances in a temperature-controlled environment
Use advanced metrology tools to understand and improve results
Collaborate closely with engineers and scientists.
A curious problem-solver
Obsessive about quality and detail
Comfortable owning the whole job, not just pressing cycle start
A clear communicator with engineers and teammates who is collaborative and dependable
